  I live in the Dresden which is a historic building (c 1909) located in the Kalorama section of Washington DC. The New Washington Land Company  has managed the building since I moved in, 3+ years. The company has been consistently prompt to assess and remedy any issues that come up, like an elevator needing work for example. They work well with owners doing renovation work and support the building overall with notices when a renovation requires a temporary shutoff of water.  Jack Eisen-Markowitz is the TNWLC Property Manager for the Dresden--knowledgeable, very professional and oriented toward solving problems. Jack has been unfailingly responsive whenever I've contacted him and has provided information and/or actions that solve whatever situation caused the contact to begin with.
