The New Washington Land Company has been in the business of real estate management since 1983. We are located in Dupont Circle on 17th Street. We manage approximately on average 100 single-family homes and more than 100 condominium associations. Our philosophy is that immediate attention to a problem often keeps it from becoming a crisis. The manager’s job is to keep an eye on things and see “mole hills” before they become mountains. It is also the manager’s job to be available to answer questions and solve problems.
Our business was started out of frustration with other management companies. Suzanne Winter, The New Washington Land Company’s original founder, promoted these ideals:
