Property Management in D.C.
Managing Properties Since 1983
Nestled in the Dupont Circle area on 17th Street, our vibrant team of property managers oversees a diverse portfolio of properties. Our journey began out of a desire to redefine property management, fueled by a frustration with the status quo.

TNWLC Connects is our heartfelt initiative to give back to the community we call home. Since its launch in 2023, our program has empowered employees to donate their time while the company contributes financially, allowing us to support local organizations making a positive impact.
From aiding furry friends at the Humane Rescue Alliance to fighting hunger with the Capital Area Food Bank and assisting Bread for the City in their comprehensive outreach, TNWLC Connects has touched countless lives. But our journey doesn’t end there.
We’re always on the lookout for new opportunities to lend a helping hand. If you know of an organization whose mission aligns with ours, please reach out to us at moc.clwnt@ofni.
Join us in our mission to give back, make a difference, and have fun doing it!
TNWLC Roundtable Educational Events
In August 2024, TNWLC hosted our first roundtable educational event focused on homeowners’ dues collection efforts.
Our goal is to host these roundtable events regularly (bi-annually) with different themes related to association matters, ensuring that our homeowners and board members continue to benefit from expert insights, peer learning, and collaborative discussions.
These events aim to provide practical solutions, foster open communication, and strengthen the overall management and understanding of community associations.
