John Fitzgerald

John Fitzgerald

John Fitzgerald (Fitz) has been a licensed broker since 1974. He worked initially in one of the first condominium conversions in Washington, DC – Cathedral Park, located at 3100 Connecticut Ave NW. He has worked exclusively in condominium project brokerage since that time, brokering over 40 buildings in Washington, DC, and suburban Maryland. During that time, he created brochures and marketing materials and managed the staffing and open houses for all the condominium projects. He has also assisted the developers in the creation and design of the building’s lobbies and model units. Fitz is fluent in Spanish and French – a handy trait in this international city.

Steven Henry

Steven Henry

Steven Henry has been a DC resident for over 30 years and a Real Estate Professional since 2005. He holds a sales license in the State of Maryland and an Associate Broker’s license in the District; and, has served as a Project Sales Manager in over 20 tenant condominium conversions. Steven has a degree in both Communication Design and Computer Graphics and previously served as President of a small design agency which specialized in corporate identity and print advertising. This background enables him to take a personal approach with his listings – handling everything from client staging and photography to brochure design.

Elizabeth Walton

Elizabeth

Having previously worked in the insurance field as a Training Coordinator and Procedure Developer, Elizabeth anticipated the needs and developed the capabilities of employees on many levels, applying an innate ability to predict what they needed before they did. These strengths proved valuable when she obtained a DC Real Estate Licence in 1995, and enabled her to jump in immediately and work in many aspects of the business, not just sales. The broad knowledge and understanding of the real estate market she has acquired allows her to establish a great connection and trust with clients as she works with them to realize their goals, while building long-standing relationships; and it has also proven to be a great asset when negotiating for her clients. In 1998, she moved to Dupont to be closer to the vibrant market, and still loves living there.

Lou Steadwell

Lou Steadwell

Louis “Lou” Steadwell is a professional with broad experience in residential real estate sales and investment. Since 1980, he has listed, sold, renovated and developed property throughout the Washington, DC area. Lou holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from UC Berkeley, and is licensed in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. He is a long-time resident, raising his family here, and has been active in the public schools and with housing issues.

Orazio Miceli

Orazio Miceli

Orazio is a that rarity of a true Native Washingtonian having been both born in and raised in DC, attending both public and private grade schools and graduating from St. John’s College High School. Orazio began his career in real estate in 1978 as a sales agent. As a Realtor in DC, Orazio has been a property owner and investor, marketing agent with experience in buyer brokering and property exchanges and also earned his Master’s Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland, with an emphasis on inner city revitalization, preservation and renewal.

I believe strongly in a specific idea about commitment. Commitment means meeting the client’s goals and devoting myself to each task with pride and perseverance until it is finished the right way. To recognize that each client and project is unique and requires its own approach to carry it to fruition.
